This website is owned and operated by Ashok Kumar Singhal under the business name Ashutosh Trading Company.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation of an order within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
2. Cancellation After Processing
Since our products are handmade and often prepared after order confirmation, cancellations are not allowed once the order processing has started.
3. Cancellation by Ashutosh Trading Company
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Payment issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
4. Refund for Canceled Orders
If an order is canceled successfully, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
5. No Cancellation Cases
Orders cannot be canceled in the following cases:
- After the order has been shipped
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Bulk or special orders
