1. Return Eligibility

Due to the handmade and artisanal nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during transit
  • The wrong product has been delivered
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

2. Return Request Duration

Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging along with proof of purchase.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to handmade nature
  • Customized or made-to-order products

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product).

7. Cancellation of Return Requests

Once a return request is approved, it cannot be canceled.
